Disc golf
The round is free. The gate isn't.
Delaware has 9 disc golf courses in public parks, including 7 in state parks. Playing is free at all of them.
But 7 are behind a park entrance fee. That's the part worth knowing before you drive.

What the state publishes
A scorecard and a course map for six of the seven state park courses, as PDFs on destateparks.com. Hole counts, par off each tee, the length of every hole, the basket model, and a drawn map of the layout.
The maps are on the cards above, and each one links to the state's original. This page used to say no such thing existed;what changed has the correction.
Where this stands
- 9
- courses listed
- 2
- free to walk into
- 6
- hole counts from the state
Off the state's own scorecards, not off a listing. Worth the pedantry: Cape Henlopen is 19 holes, not the 18 everyone repeats.
If you're playing more than one
Seven of these are state parks, and the annual pass covers entry to all of them — $50 for a Delaware-registered vehicle, $100 out of state. Two rounds a month through the season and it has paid for itself. The full fee table is on the parks page.
